Venture is a highly effective single stage CIP detergent for dairy heat-treated surface applications in very high water hardness. Venture is highly effective for the single stage removal of curd residues in the rennetting process, without residues sticking to equipment surfaces. Venture is highly effective for cleaning cold surface applications in dairy and processed foods industries. Venture is low foaming and is suitable for CIP & spray washing applications across all food & beverage industries.

• Venture is highly effective for the single stage cleaning of HTST and evaporators in hard water, in the presence of very high levels of protein and calcium soiling. • Venture is highly cost effective in use where very high heat treated soil needs to be removed. • Venture can be used in the cheese rennetting process, to clean homogenisers and maturation tanks after the separation of the curds and sweet whey. • Venture is highly efficient in the removal of all curd residues, resulting in no deposits sticking to equipment surfaces. • Venture is suitable for use in CIP applications under conditions of high turbulence. • Venture is suitable for use in bottlewashing, tray, crate and mould washing, as well as fryer boil out applications.

Can be used for both hot and cold single stage CIP cleaning in dairy applications, reducing cleaning times and increasing processing capacity. Venture is used for CIP at 0.5-5% w/w (0.4-4% v/v) at temperatures ranging from ambient to 90˚C, depending on the application, soil type and water hardness. Venture is used in spray or soak applications at 0.5-3% w/w (0.4-2.5% w/w). Solutions of Venture should be thoroughly rinsed after use, to remove residues from food & beverage surfaces.
